Payment is due upon the receipt of the invoice. Payment options include quickbooks online payment or check. As an Out of network provider, we do not bill insurance. However, we can provide you with information to assist in receiving reimbursement based on individual policies.
We provide you with a bill for services rendered which you can submit to your insurance company, Health savings account or flexible saving account for partial or full reimbursement.
